Online accommodation booking service has been suspended . You may send your hotel booking request via e-mail to organization@ecoc2010.org.
While reservation will still be handled, we cannot guarantee hotel accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation received between June 15th, 2010 an administrative fee of EUR 30,00 will be charged. For cancellations received after June 15th, 2010 deposit payment shall be forfeited.
Only written cancellation via e-mail to segreteria@stilema-to.it will be accepted.
All approved refunds will be made after the conference.
