The tram and bus system provides regular services to Lingotto Fiere, even late in the evening.
From Porta Nuova station to the exhibition centre takes about 20 minutes on lines 1, 18 and 35; from Porta Susa station on line 1 the journey time is 30 minutes, while from the nearby Lingotto station you will arrive in 10 minutes.
Turin is served by three railway stations. The biggest station and the one which handles the most passengers is PORTA NUOVA, situated in the centre of Turin just 10 minutes by car from Lingotto Fiere. The PORTA SUSA station, the second largest, is a little further away and it takes about 20 minutes by car to get to Lingotto. Lingotto station is currently being upgraded.
IMPORTANT Train tickets must always be punched before boarding the train, using the machines situated at the entrance to the stations. Failure to punch rail tickets may result in fines.
The so-called "Pendolini" trains and France's TGV's provide new and faster links through the Frejus tunnel with Lyon, Paris and northern France, while direct services link Turin with Nice and the Cote d'Azure, and also with Barcelona.
There is also a railway line connecting the Caselle complex with the Dora GTT station at Turin. To better serve the users of the Turin complex, the new airport station has been constructed a few metres away from the passenger terminal, and can be reached on foot. Travel to the exhibition by air
The city of Turin has its own “city airport” located 16 kilometres away from the city centre, in a flat area with infrequent fog.
With a 3,300 m long runway and Category 3B flight equipment, Turin is suitable for any type of aircraft.
The passenger terminal is comprised of a structure covering 43,000 sq m, divided over several floors, with full access for the disabled and equipped with a multi-storey car park which is fully integrated with the airport complex, located only 35 metres away.
Turin has one of the most modern and functional airports in Europe. Easily accessible and not overcrowded, it can handle traffic of over 3 million passengers each year, guaranteeing extremely high standards of comfort and safety.
The airport is well integrated within a close network of road links, allowing you to reach the city centre in just 15-20 minutes by car.
There is also a coach service (travel time approximately 30 minutes). The stop is situated a few metres from the Arrivals terminal. For information: Tel. 011.3000.611; Internet: www.sadem.it
The network of air links currently in operation at Turin includes 27 destinations*, 17 of which are international, for a total of more than 450 weekly scheduled flights operated by 16 airlines.
Torino Caselle is thus well connected to the largest European centres and can easily be reached from anywhere in the world via an intermediate airport.
It may be useful to plan your journey in advance, and find out about the related fares by connecting to the airport’s website.
